Leaders must have available to them the knowledge and tools needed to direct others appropriately in any emergency in order to protect lives and organizational assets. This workshop is designed to provide managers and supervisors an integrated combination of information and specific tools for leading others during a crisis. This training teaches leaders the necessary procedures and protocols required to prevent crises from happening by teaching techniques for observing and reporting threats, and also teach how to effectively react to emergency events as they unfold. The training takes a "values based" approach which allows any leader to prioritize their actions based on their identified and personal principles.
